New year, new me. As cliche as it sounds I’m hoping to finally put myself together, loose a few pounds, go vegan and be happy. Good luck!
I’ve been eating clean and exercising for over 2 months now. Unfortunately my body hasn’t changed as much as I was hoping for but I’ll keep going.
Will try to post some before & after pictures in the next few days.
I’ve cut down on sweets in 95%, I exercise 6/7 days a week, I eat clean, a lot of veg + fruit. I’ve done a lot of progress lifestyle-wise but unfortunately my body hasn’t changed too much.
Just keep going.
I will be happy again.
It’s a lame one, sorry but at the moment this thought keeps me going.
Breakfast: rolled oats + 50/50 water/almond milk + frozen berries+ goji berries + blueberries + peanut butter
Post workout: smoothie [banana + chia seeds + soya protein + 50/50 almond milk/water]
Snack: apple
Lunch: Chinese mixed veg [carrots, mushrooms, green peas, sprouts, pak choi]
Snack: 70g mixed nuts & fruit
Dinner: buckwheat groats + olives + tomatoes + basil + artichoke antipasti
Dessert: silken tofu + peanut butter + honey + almond milk + cinnamon
Drinks: water, green tea, camomile tea
Usually some vegetables + quinoa/buckwheat groats/courgette pasta. Or perhaps a vegan soup!
